Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

For architectural orders (such as iznik tiles) will be produced specifically for you, they will be delivered within an average of 3-4 weeks. For other products in stock, this period is 1-3 business days. You will be informed via an email containing the shipping tracking information after your products have been dispatched. Shipping is free for orders of 3000 TL or more.

Once the products have been handed over to our contracted shipping company, they will be delivered to you free of charge within 3 working days. You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section and obtain information about the current status of your shipment.

During the purchasing process, you can select different invoice and delivery addresses. In this case, the invoice will be sent to you, and the product and delivery note will be sent to the address you specified.

When the delivery document related to the cargo reaching the delivery address is signed by the customer, it will be accepted that the products have been received complete and undamaged. After receiving your cargo, please open and check it with the courier. If during the inspection it turns out that some products in your order are missing, incorrect, or damaged, please request the courier to prepare a 'damage report'.

With the report prepared by the courier, you can send the damaged product back to us free of charge via our contracted company, and request an exchange or return of your product. Please return the damaged package to the courier along with the report.

After the products have reached us, we will inform you about the procedure to be followed regarding the purchased product. Returns or exchanges of broken or damaged products without a shipping report cannot be requested. Reports prepared at the time of initial delivery in the presence of the courier are very important for identifying any deficiencies or determining liability for damage. Objections made after receiving the cargo may be rejected due to the absence of a report.

International Shipping Policy

• Since your architectural orders (such as Iznik wall panels) will be produced specifically for you, they will be delivered within an average of 3-4 weeks. For other products in stock, this period is 1 - 7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
